  1. Export Peachtree Item Catalog

Maintaining your catalog on your Web site is a three-step process. The first step is to export a file from Peachtree that contains all the inventory items you want in your Web catalog.

In Peachtree's Select Import/Export window, choose Inventory, select the Web Site Catalog and click the Export button. Set the Filter tab to select the items to export. Click the Fields tab, and select the desired Sales Price field along with item information that you want to include on your Web site.

  2. Upload Item Catalog to Web Site
Peachtree WebsiteCreator Sign In and Upload File:

File to Upload: (e.g., C:\WEBCATLG.XML)
The second step is to upload the Peachtree Web catalog file to your Web site.
  • This step creates your catalog on your Web site for the first time or updates your existing catalog.
  • This step FULLY REPLACES your Web site catalog with the inventory items you exported from Peachtree.
  • The upload is only available if you have subscribed to Peachtree WebsiteCreator.
  • To upload the Peachtree Web catalog file to your Web site, enter the fields to the right, and click the Upload button.

  3. Review Catalog in Peachtree WebsiteCreator

After uploading your catalog, review it in Peachtree WebsiteCreator. In the Peachtree WebsiteCreator Catalog Manager you can maintain all the information about your products, which can include categorizing the products and adding item graphics.

After reviewing your catalog, remember to publish your Web site.
