Extremely close examination of this diagram would reveal the 
presence of several Òin-jokesÓ provided by the Star Trek:  The Next 
Generation graphics department. These include the official U.S.S. Enterprise 
duck, StarfleetÕs mouse, a DC-3 airplane, Nomad (from ÒThe ChangelingÓ 
[TOS]), a Porsche, and numerous other gags that were (hopefully) too small
